RUMORS

Hey guys well does anyone have any idea on how to deal with highschool rumors. I know they are not going to stop I just need to find a way to deal with them ya know. Like I really want to kick the crap out of some of these girls but I'm not willing to get suspended... I have a future and I don't want some stupid little girls to ruin that... Any ideas????

Bob, nice you used a rumor to try and despell his worries about rumors... do you work writing scripts for after-school specials?

The best way is start your own rumours about yourself, see how they come back...LOL's

Agreed, when I was at school there was an absolutely ridiculous rumour about me, I laughed when I heard it. Smile it off and continue with your studies. A rumour can't ruin your life, it's just a petty lie. Just be secure in yourself and show these time-wasters by doing well and looking after yourself and your future :) Good luck.

My teacher said we (students) won't see about 70% of our class after we graduate (I'm not sure if this was the exact percentage, but it's close). So chances are these rumor people won't even be in your life 1/2/3/4 years from now.

just don't care, everyone knows i'm a raver e-tard who fought 4 college guys to protect my girlfriend. if some one says they heard something about me i really don't care, i can honestly say everyone has. and everything i hear about myself is usually true. or at least makes me smile at everyones stupidity

Just ignore it. Or talk to a counsler or something. Sooner or later your not going to be able to handle it and will get into a fight anyway. If you get too mad at them you won't care about getting suspended anymore. Trust me I just recently stopped caring if I get suspended if someone pushes me over the edge.

If I Were You I'd Just Ignore The Rumors, Afterall Its Not Worth Loosing a Good Edjucation Over, Its Very Obvious That Your Determined To Graduate.So I'd Suggest That You Just Let It Go And Focus On Other Things More Productive Like School Or An After School Activity, Like Every Other Rumor I've Ever Came Across In Highschool, It Goes Away xoxo-Nikki-xoxo

With rumors or anytime I'm being teased, I use their words to my advantage. In a logical sense, I become whom & whatever they say I am in their presence or use their comments to annoy them..

For example, I had a male call me scum upon numerous occasions in emails & letters, in reference to my sexuality, now, that same exact word is simply a nickname & his eyes roll when they hear people call me that.. or, when being called a b!+ch behind a friends back for no obvious reason, toward that friend, I complained more & whatnot. It's kind of fun, they realize their faults & see it has bounced off your shoulders.

Besides, through the process you learn a lot about yourself & become more tolerant of criticism.

Your right they wont stop - my advice is just to give them something to talk about since they gunna anyways :o)

People actually believe many rumours because of their insecurities and their self-concienseness.

I suggest you to go right at it, and spread your own rumours about yourself, in a sarcastic tone, that will as always show that you don't care and you are happy with your flaws.

God rumors, most people wouldnt believe those sure for some time it will just pass just stay strong u can do it, i know ive always been the one who wer always picked on but i was weak then but now no i stood strong and held my ground just dont mind them u the truth right? so keep believing in it! take care always!
