Is there any bands that you really like but no one seemed to have heard of them?

HIM is really popular now, their new stuff is great, but if u listen to their new.. do NOT go to their old..

One of my friend's cousins went to school with Mike, the lead singer of this band, so that's kinda awesome.

Well down here in South Africa i find it so hard o find people who have actually ever heard of Sevendust, which i find is absolutely horrific. Yeah if people have never heard of disturbed they must be living in a hole lol.

Yes I totally agree. Some of the music now isn't real music. People nowadays seem to forget the real musicians that weren't in it for the money, and that didn't need to go onto a "talent" scouting manufacturing TVprogramme, such as X-Factor or American Idol.

Out of the bands listed above here are the one's that I've heard of....Radiohead, Hawthorne Heights, Trapt (love them), Sugarcult (their alright), Rammstein (ugh), Rise Against, From Autumn to Ashes (quite enjoy them), and Three Days Grace (heart them).

I vaguely remember My Dying Bride...but I'm not for sure.

Therein lies the distinction.

And everybody's heard of HIM. I can't stand HIM. Their image is all hardcore, goth, metal, whatever, but they sound like...well, I was about to say Phil Collins, but I wouldn't insult Phil like that.

I like a band Called Die Driving.. O_o Not sure how famous they are and what not, but I like them.. :D

I just got into In Flames, Everytime I Die, Children of Bodom, Himsa, Kill Switch Engage, and Ablaze My Sorrow.

I found them on a site called DarkLyrics.com. There's a bunch more that I'd like to check out just can't find them...especially one called Flowing Tears and Withered Flowers. Oooh, and As I Lay Dying.
