Thinking of leaving P&Q

Ok. Anyways I'm thinking of deleting my account. My friend of whom the majority of my poems are about managed to get my name on here. Bad and good. Good that she sees how I feel, bad in that she doesn't care for me like that. So there you go, I was wondering what you guys thought, about it before I quit and all.

Your account is for you to express yourself and share your poetry. That is not a crime and I encourage you to continue if that is what you write for. So this girl doesn't like you, it sounds like you need some new poetic inspiration, not to drop it entirely. If you do delete you account make sure you keep copies of your poems, if you do you will be greatful down the road, but I still encourage you to stay, although it is your life and your decision.

To throw away expressions that individualize you as a poet, is nothing but a ridiculous idea. If you are one of the many on this site, that pack your creativity, emotions, and heart into a poem, what can you be thinking? If anything, this should propel you further to write, a new poem that so many have the oppurtunity and pleasure to read.

Well, I guess, I mean yea, I mean it hurts she sees it now and yet she doesn't feel the same. I'm just worried that the friendship will chance greatly now for the worse perhaps. I never wanted her to pity me. I never wanted to bother her or make her feel guilty that I feel like my life is going nowhere. I just wanted an outlet.

You already know the answer to this question.

You just want others to approve it for you because you lack the self confidence to make your own choices.

I mean.. your poems are about her right? and theyre really good. right? so keep writing!!!
it shouldn't matter... Poetry is about everthing.. so start writing about her-but how she doesn't feel the same way, you work shouldn't suffer and this site shouldn't lose a great writer beacause of one person..

I know exactly how you feel.. My ex boyfriend who all of my poems are about found me on here. It's kind of embarrassing but I decided to stay. Don't leave just because of this. You should still write. It doesn't matter if she knows or not.
