cheese?

What's ur fave kind of cheese? Mine's extra sharp chedder though I can only have a little piece of it at a time.

YUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMM Harvati, Cheddar, Motza, Gouda...Australia has some amazing cheese and I love them all except Blue Vein...Mouldy cheese is not my flavour but besides that my personal faves are cream cheese and probably jarlsberg swiss :o)

hmm..cheese....i like feta on salads like in greek salad...and i like blue cheese..with some form or crackers...chedders not bad either...but honestly i havent tasted a great variety of cheeses....but i can tell u one thing....i HATE goat cheese...i was forced to eat some once and i almost puked..it looks gross, it tastes gross and its in some sort of water...:S:S
