i believe you should pray to God and have him direct you where you need to be. If you develop a faith in him through reading a Bible, He will surely prove himself to be true.. I suppose you can try that with every religion you wish too and see which one actually proves true, but i just suggest praying to God because i personally feel as though he is the real deal. lemme know what you think |

I'm Christian, in that I believe in God, but I'm not, say, Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, etc. |

Having no religion...fine! Having no religion doesn't mean your evil or ignorant (it's actually the opposite really in this day of age; as quoted in another post). |

I don't think there is a clear-cut best choice in this situation. It really all depends on what YOU want. Religion as a whole should not be the basis of who you are, and if you do choose one, keep in mind that you can believe anything you want and not what your relgion tells you is right. HOWEVER, I know alot of people who, for them, their religion is all they have. Its what makes them feel like they belong to something bigger. They tend to be stubborn and ignorant, closed-minded, ect.. but who are we to try to convince them that their source of fullfillment is a tyranny? Ignorance is bliss, as they say. If it makes them happy, then thats all that matters. |

In my opinion, if you're religious, fine, if you're not, fine. Don't try to force yourself into a religion. Some people need religion in life because that's what's best for them, and some people don't. Simple as that. People make too big of a deal over religion. It's ridiculous. |

Angelina does it ever make you wonder why so many people possess a "faith" yet by definition have no evidence to base this belief on. |

I don't think that you have to 'Have' a religion. Religion is something you can have if you want, or not. |

Even though I am not a Muslim or a big fan of the conservative right wing religious politics I did find this thought provoking |

I feel that I have to say, that you don't need to be religious to believe in God. Einstein may not have been a religious man, but that doesn't mean he didn't believe in God. |

“Michael, mate, that was totally pointless and illogical. You know, people 2,000 years ago did not have most of the knowledge we have. Common knowledge and logic, that is. Therefore, we are, to say the least, more reasonable than them. |

The Bible is a book of stories put together to form a guideline for the law. It was never meant to be worshipped. And have a look back further than Christianity. Isis, a Pagan God, miraculously concieved a babe called Horace. Ringing a bell *cough Virgin Mary cough*. To me Christianity was loosely based on previous religions to relieve conflict (not that it did). I'm still agreeing Angelina Taylor. |

Its completely you choice whether to have a religeon or not, and also if you dont have a religeon, then you dont believe in hell, so what is the fear? Why does this seemed to have turned more into people trying to convert them, than people advising them, seriously just make your own choice, im Atheist, proud of it too. |

I believe that most people make choices based on information, and it really helps when the information is correct. Religion is a spiritual path. How many people believe they have a spirit? |
