^"How many people believe they have a spirit?"

Maybe thats the key question whether you believe in god or want to find a religion.

Unless there is something left of us after death then really the whole point of any of this nil. Personally I find the religion / spiritual thing illogical. Maybe its because I'm a negative depressive type. Then again if you are fooling yourself life may be easier for you.

Depressed and correct or Happy and gullible you make your choice.

The reason why clinical depression is classified as a disease, or lack of ease is that it is not really natural to be sad more than you are happy. I believe that the Balance of The Heart, Soul & Mind" reflects the humanness of us all, and the Divine Redemption, which frees us from ourselves.

When I was closer to yours and Angelina’s age I questioned my faith very strongly, although I admit I made very unhealthy choices while trusting my human natutre. To me it is an illusion not to question self.

The bible that Angelina believes was written by the Hebrews while they were,[ or were not?] in ancient Egypt to me is a very poetic embellishment of actual history

The people in this discussion cannot seem to understand the difference between religion, faith, and spirituality

What I am focused on now is extremes. No one has attempted to sue me for using the catch phrase “Chemical Balance Through Spirituality’ The phrase is growing in popularity among some therapies for the disease of addiction

You would think that “Pharaoh, given life, prosperity and health, the Master “ would be independently happy yet,

The recent findings of cocaine, nicotine, and hashish in Egyptian mummies by Balabanova et, if believed might suggest that Pharaoh was dependant on something other than his divine nature while his willing slaves were constructing his metaphorical Tower of Babel, or stairway to heaven

I don't get involved in religion either.

It's not wrong, if you don't want a faith, it's your choice.

I wish I found a good religion too, but I guess I've gotten this far.

I think that faith is not something you can just gain. It's a constant. What do you believe? You're not just going to be able to wake up and think. 'today i'm going to believe in God'. No one else can lead you to faith; you have to find it yourself

I'm a muslim too and this discussion was really entertaining.. Me and my family are very religouse(7imdellah!) and i believe in putting the veil.. It's something the Prophet has asked women to do.. and it's quoted.. but sadly many muslim women dont wear it.. they find it unneasery.. but how can a human-being question something god has asked us to do?
I dont think that people should be judged by their religion.. People are different in many ways..
And i dont agree with the 9/11 incident.. it's a terrirest act.. but not all Muslims are like that..
Fisrt proof is the name of our religion: Islam.. which means Peace in Arabic.. but as a i said.. people are different.. there are the good and the bad..

    Take care..

Nah, you don't really need a religion. Whatever fits you.
