To Much Information

by Michael D Nalley   Jan 11, 2014

I'm not getting any younger
I realize that, heavy hearted.
I cannot resist my hunger,
can't stop when I get started.
I can't sleep at night,
but do fine in the day.
It does not seem right
my hair is turning grey

My dog always gets bored
when I take it for a walk
I usually get floored
too breathless to talk.
My joints are stiff
while other parts are limber
no and's/ but's or if'
I fall, I should say timber!

I asked a lady if I could take her out
she blushed as if I had a gun,
as if a was deaf she started to shout
"I am already seeing someone!"
I had an awful nightmare
she was drowning in a stream
I woke up, but I didn't care
at least it was a wet dream!
