Believe In Yourself:

by Scott Cole   Jun 3, 2015

I'm the smallest link of chain
Out of the whole entire bunch,
That doesn't mean that I'm soft
Or as wimpy as some sponge.

Cause I'm just as tough as steel
And I keep my shape real good,
For I will never bend or break
Cause I'm not made out of wood.

I always keep everything together
I always hold everything in place,
I promise to never let you down
Or ever drop you on your face.

Yes I might be the smallest link
The smallest link on this chain,
But I'm the man for this job
You'll never hear me complain.

Just look at my hugh muscles
You can feel them if you like,
But once I put my hands on you
I will protect you with my life.

So put all your trust in me
You will never slip or slide,
For it's not what you can see
It's what you have on the inside.

So let each one of us join hands
And hold on extremely tight,
For we all have our job to do
On this here construction site.

So let me flex all my muscles
And let me pull my own weight,
You can get all your work done
If you keep me kinda straight.

For I am but a small single link
I'm just one same link of many,
And if you can ever point me out
I'll give you a brand new penny.

Yes I know that I'm kinda small
But I'm as tough as they come,
If you ever just wanna test me
You can come and get you some.
