It's Silence, And Nothing More.

I burn. And I'm uncomfortable.

A chemical mess is fixing to scorch my skin.

I watch and let it burn.

This mixture tingles; I look up at the stars as they melt down time and watch it dance - I am nothing but a disgraceful man.

I feel a pressure. A pressure that corrects the feeble minded, that presses the suicidal to reasoning. This pressure turns me inside out, the world upside down ... I've forgotten the taste of love and I fall into your words.

And these words, they burn upon your fingertips like liquid acid; "try me," they whisper knowingly. The acidic words touch my face - my heart fails! What are these words, burning and pressing unknown mixtrues in my skin with forbidden tastes of love?

... Try you? I'd rather be dared to sing in this chemcial, silent world.

And the silence - there's nothing but silence. It surrounds you, beckons you, it tugs at your ear with something dangerous, yet, so precious.

It's silence I need. It's silence, and nothing more.

I have read your other poem and your style of writing really fascinates me it's so different and I like poems with a rhyming scheme but your poems have something that makes me want to read on. It's the fact that you are great at writing descriptions about things. Your wording is fantastic and it makes the reader HAVE to go on with out a doubt.
Although I don't understand the meaning of this poem it still holds YOUR deep emotions and thoughts. It's unique because it's as though only YOU can understand the poem:)
