Return of an Angel

by TheRapture03   Feb 7, 2009

It's return of the angel, my lovely little angel
And she's still got her hold over me
With the body of a goddess, the voice of a Siren
Why I love her, it's not hard to see

From the first time I saw her
I was in a trance
Even now when I see her
My heart still wants to dance

With flowing brown hair
And beautiful hazel eyes
She's the object of my affection
And the object of my despise

For I know I'll never have her
And it tears my heart in two
And because she'll never know
That my love is tried and true

As days turn into weeks and into years
And as she forgot I was around
I tried so hard to stay so close
And not look like a clown

And I'd rather be in her life
If only as a friend
Then not know she's always 'round
I guess I'll live with this until the bitter end

    This is too kind :]
I have always wanted something written for me. if you did write this for someone, I am sure they appreciate it. the words flowed beautifully. if this is a piece written alongside the guitar, I am sure that sounds magical as well. great job! 5/5
