A lesson learnt!

Life indeed is a teacher,
It taught me a true lesson,
It broadened my perception of love,
which was hooked only to a special someone...

Even after I got my love,
I searched for its existence,
I searched for the joy,the bliss
which every love was experiencing...
I searched for love in the midst of broken promises,
I searched for love in the aura of
misunderstandings,
I searched for love in the walk down memory lane,
I searched for love in the arms of distrust,
I searched for love in the eyes of jealousy,
I searched for love in the heart of betrayal,
I searched for love in the shedding of tears for that
special someone,
I searched for love in the rains of loneliness...

I just kept searching for love,
I didn't found it anywhere,
This made me feel that
love has extinct...

But life showed me ways
which said
Love is everywhere,
It isn't about loving a person
And being with them,
It is a special feeling to be splurged
On all the tender beauties that surrounds us,
It is a gift of the Almighty,
which never makes us cry,
It rather rejoices us,
till our last breath is alive...

I found love in the lap of my motherhood,
I found love in the prayers for our creator,
I found love in the care of my father,
I found love on the shoulders of friends,
I found love in the serenity of nature,
I found love in the eyes of the aged,
I found love in the rhythms of music,
I found love in the smile of the feeble,
I found love in the hands that help the needy,
I found love in the kiss of the innocent,
I found love in the aroma of my motherland,
I found love in the bloodshed of martyrs for their
country...

Thus,Life preached me:
Love isn't any infatuation,
It isn't an obsession,
It isn't a business,
It isn't based on any condition...
Instead;
Love is as pure as truth,
It is naive as an infant,
It is beautiful as nature,
It is the seed of happiness...
