A Piece of You.

by Poet on the Piano   Jan 1, 2012

Why can't you stay longer
or do I have to keep waiting...
with time's wish broken
from my unforgettable hold.
I still remember our last kiss,
how the hour stood still,
and the moon seemed to
dance and then fade
behind our necks.....
it's all dying now I fear.
I must be too afraid
because as many times as I've wished,
how can I know you've loved
just as much (or even more).
Must the years still drive by?
Must I step in different views of the world
to find a piece of you.

^ Oh my God..... I love this scenery!!!

I think I got that you lost him 'piece of you' or.. he intended to lose you. And now you'll keep searching for him, with all the flashbacks and you bringing the past right before his eyes/ears.
    Amazing piece...................LOVE IT
