Falling like crimson snowflake

by Janis   Apr 6, 2012

Sky burning in this dark night;
Rivers flowing with crimson light;
I can feel cold wind blowing;
And see all around me snowing.

And there You were;
You, who left me without care;
Like an image from my mind;
Stripped from any sign of kind.

Walking past me like You don`t know me;
Looking with cold eyes like You don`t owe me;
Forgotten every word I said;
Ignored all my given aid.

All I can do is stare;
While you disappear from my sight;
It makes me feel so bare;
Just to let pain engulf me tight.

Life is just an exaggeration;
For this wrecked generation;
Lies without an end;
Wounds which doesn`t mend;
Pain till you die;
Loneliness wherever you lay;
So I take razor blade to my wrist;
And turn this night into bloody mist.

I can feel my life bleeding through;
And I no longer wish to be anew;
After taking all this hate;
I can gladly accept my fate.

Slowly I fall down on ground;
And my lungs begin to drown;
It is cold, but it is alright;
Since now its my last night.

Sky burning in this dark night;
Rivers flowing with crimson light;
I no longer feel the wind blowing;
I no longer see it snowing.
