it is the subtitle of my self-published book,
if you doubt me google the words and take a look.
Our Lord long ago adjusted attitudes
with the sermon on the mount and His beatitudes
from spirits to The Holy Spirit in my life,
I have often studied the ways we deal with strife.
I have come to not doubt many spirits exist
while I recorded feelings as I reminisced
Spirituality's the foundation for laws
Spirit is not only the effect, but the cause.
