My Timecode

by Ramon G Haupt   Apr 1, 2017

Winning is the success of some losers,
But when my timecode was gone I begged to be a chooser.

So the handheld song I keep in my pocket,
Forever gone? The memory lingers in my chain locket.

The produce of such incredible sound of song,
cannot match many listeners but this is where I belong.

Til' we meet again if never my timecode,
So I'll follow along like the rest, all virtual load.

Can I still smile and be merry at this situation?
I cannot make that same mistake again for you all have no relation.

So let me dance to the underground sound,
Let my first book of imaginary friends guide me when there is nobody around.
