Hush my little pumpkin pie
Let you mind drift off to sleep
No village men will harm you now,
Now that you have me here

May your dreams be filled with joy and laughter
No memory of this sad reality that hunts us
And when you open your pretty eyes
No human power will ruin your life

Out you will go
And hunt them all down
Shall recover what is rightfully ours
And keep it for all time

May your dreams come true
And may you never lack a roof over your head
My little sister
May your powers bring you the happiness you deserve

    An interesting write. The first line so innocuous followed by the slow reveal that little sister is not what she seems and in fact has powers that make her a force to be reckoned with. An enjoyable read. Best wishes Milly x
