Someone tell me why

Someone tell me why
its so hard to sleep at night
why there is never anyone
to hold me o so tight

someone tell me why
i cry myself to sleep
why i cringe to wake up
and hear the alarm's beep

someone tell me why
i get up anyway
just to try and figure out
why i live everyday

someone tell me why
that sometimes i wanna die
that sometimes all i do
all the damn day is cry

someone tell me why
that i always question life
whether it be the gun
or that knife

someone tell me why
im losing all my friends
i only have a few
and i wish it was all pretend

someone tell me why
i die inside my soul
and all my life i just try
to fill.....that empty hole

someone tell me why
i define that empty hole a heart
that i just wanna give up
just end life before it will start
