The Reflection

Black liquid crystal
The crisp line appears
Glistening with reflections
From the sunlight streaming
As the vivid colour is screaming
And pause
Sluggishly the mark turns matt
And is permanent
On the brilliant
Shining
Dazzling
Flawless paper
The nib bends down
Disrupting the surface of the
Faultless smooth
Lining of the abyss
Stand back and stare
Observe where the next point
Shall fall
Create the perfection
That depicts truly
The subject held before
Reflecting every image
Every emotion coursing through
Chaotic hues yet all in black
That perfect ink
Describing
Depicting
True Life
