Your lies are like flames
That burn deep in my soul.
Your deceitful eyes
Are slowly taking their toll.

A smile to my face,
A glare to my back.
The rumors you told.
Your friendship was slack.

You knew it was wrong
It would cause a fight.
That stab in the back
Did not feel right

I can not believe your words,
Or the things that you say.
This feeling of betrayal,
Will not go away.

    Awh.. You okay hunny? We're all here for you okay? This was great! The emotion was clear and strong, and I loved the words you used! Some of your flow was a little off but you can fix that by adding a word or taking one out here or there.. For example :

    Are taking their toll.
    ^ Maybe you could add in "slowly" before "taking" to make it flow better..
