Tears
whisper
on my cheek
pink tainted trails
flood of stinging rain
walls built, broken by pain
arm in arm with black shadows
veil of sadness, clouds happiness
heart drowning, river of sadness flows
wanting to hear I'm sorry, just one time

love's piercing edges tearing at my soul
heart beating, to a sad teardrop tune
waiting for words that never come
looking for truth in blank eyes
sleepless nights wondering
does your heart regret
letting me leave
as my eyes
whisper
tears

    ^I love this opening Luanne, it reminds me of one of my favorite painting.

    While I enjoyed the whole piece, the second half was my favorite, it flowed so nicely and touched on thoughts I have had myself.
