I take your hands in mine,
And pull you close to me,
When all I need and want
Is just some sympathy.

Your kindred heart erases
Every bit of sorrow
That I've conjured inside,
Giving no tomorrow.

Your arms wrap around me,
Protecting me from harm,
You've become my knight
Without any alarm.

Quickly I fall for you
With every new embrace,
Knowing that your mine,
And our love has no haste.

    "... know that your mine" ---> you're mine.
    The rhythm is just... off. Idk. It just doesn't quite work unless I force it, and as the reader, I shouldn't have to. :P Let me know if you fix it up a little. I love the idea.
