Cancel Your Subscription.

Cancel Your Subscription.

My hands are too cold,
to hug you way too tight.
My legs are too numb,
to kick you with all might.
My tears are too small,
to let you comfort me.
My fears are too big,
to let you make me happy.

So, cancel your subscription,
and just lay with me tonight.
For, it's our very last chance
to mend our broken fight.
We can yell and scream our heads off,
and sleep closer than we should.
We can make love better than the rest,
and have not known we could.

But, that's not what I'm asking,
I don't want you all - -
I just want enough of you
to catch me when I fall.
Enough to prove you love me,
but not cling too tight,
enough to give me strength
to kick you with all might.

So, cancel your subscription,
and just lay with me tonight.
For, it's our very last chance
to mend our broken fight.
Since, it's not what we want - -
to be with each other.
Let's just sleep on more time,
be side one another.
