You've Saved My Soul This Winter.

by Teria   Feb 15, 2008

Like an eagle in the air,
and wings spread about,
stretching from east to west,
flying from north to south.

Like the child at the playground,
and friends at the tallest slide,
laughing with such innocence,
charming with such grace.

Like a snowfall in the winter,
and beauty laying down,
covering the ground we walk,
with crystals glistening.

Like an angel up in heaven,
and wings spread about,
stretching from east to west,
flying from north to south,

you've saved my soul this winter,
and helped me fly away.
You've brought back old memories,
that will never fade away.
