Waking to a nightmare

Seems to me genuine feelings of depression rather than a poem. It's structured well but could have been better.

This is a great poem and like ^Sarah^ said this does describes depression...mostl excellent writing

I have depression, and sometimes I can't sleep (I've had horrible nightmares) so I stay up all night, feeling horrible and alone. So this poem is great; it describes depression perfectly.
