Grandparents

by McKenzieSerenity   Feb 19, 2008

Grandmothers talk,
And rock you to sleep.
Grandfathers let you help,
And hammer their fingers numb.
Grandmothers cook your favorite meals,
And let you play with their elbows.
Grandfathers do crossword puzzles,
And teach you how to fix cars.
Grandmothers are kind,
Grandfathers are handy,
But mostly they are grandparents.
And everyone knows what that means.
"What'd she say?"
Exactly.
