AMERICAN TEARS

by NIDAL   Feb 22, 2008

Skies full of tears.
Mourning an America full of fears.

I looked within just to witness,
Drunken Shadows and a broken Beard.

How did I loose my Way?
I have no shelter or bread to sustain this day.

How did the White Horse kill my Dreams?
I thought we are God's Shinning Beam.

I trusted the Holy Bush,
But found miseries the world have never seen.

Now, I can read between the lines.
After I soaked my sorrow in vinegar and wine.

I See the clouds of change blue and near.
And Trumpets of hope traveling Texas lakes and piers.

Yes I can Dream,
Yes Obama We will dream.

That we are the Beacon of Justice once again.
That we will never conquer our brothers and sisters in Gods name.

Yes We will Dream

Of the day the flames of liberty burns the peddlers of war.
Then their empty souls will answer to the Widows Tears.

We Dream of the Day Obama is our President,
Yes, the winds of change are finally here.
