Is This Me???

I know she follows
She is there when it is light
She is there
Especially in the darkest of night

Ill wake up from sleeping
She will be sitting beside my bed
Curled up in a ball
Her arms bleeding and red

I wonder what this represents
Is this who I could be
If I gave into my thoughts
This would be me

She looks exactly like me
She has the same face
Her arms all cut up
Her body a bloody disgrace
