Broken

The tears just keep falling.
The pain is unbearable,
and my strength is faltering.

I want the strength to live,
and to love.
You say you don't know how you feel,
and it's tearing me apart.

My will to live is fading,
with every word your saying.
And you can't look me in the eye.
and I ask why.

You look past me and say ever so softly,
I can't deal with this,I can't bear it.
And I understand why,
you never said you love me.

You broke my heart,
and walked away without a second thought.
Now I'm left here,
trying to piece it back together.

Dedicated to my ex, you'll always be in my heart, and I'm sorry for all the pain I caused.

    This poem is very easy for me to relate to and i can completly understand what you are going through right now. I almost started to cry because it was almost as if all the emotions i am feeling but had no words to described where just pulled out right there on the paper. your amazing. Keep it up.
