Time Wasted Away

by CWG   Mar 13, 2008

***This is a from my 10 year old daughter***

Mom,
I wrote this for the kids who had no one there for them because there Moms were on drugs. I am glad that even at your worse times you were almost always there anyway. I didn write this about you cause you have always made sure I was taken care of even when you weren't there. THANKS FOR BEING THERE!

TIME WASTED AWAY
Our life is wasted every day
by Drugs
Most children just sit back and drink from their mugs
kill there own bugs
and never really get to be kids
some children cant take it and run away from home
some children just want to be alone
its hard at times
watching people commit so many crimes
someday peace will come
and we will be free to be what we please.

    Hiya,
it is our chidren who give us the reason to live. A reason to go on through the seasons. This world can be so cruel and children are its' spring. We endure the summers, wait out the Autumns and fight through the Winters, but the Spring-time is our salvation. Time to celebrate the glory of our hearts.
    Peace x
