Warning Labels of Unlovable Hearts

When I saw that smile
My half heart skipped a beat
So now I see the problem
And I jump to my feet

I close both eyes
And break into a full sprint
Next time I'll know to read
The warning label's finer print

This shouldn't be a poem
I'm just screaming words that rhyme
Screaming emotions that I feel
Emotions that are all mine

Of course they're all mine!
All my emotions are one way
Love for someone but none back
No cute couple cliche

I should have read the finer print
It would help me realize
That I'm just wasting both our time
Time from both our lives

I should have read the warning label
The one glued to my heart
Next to the repair instructions
For when the heartbreak starts

I should have read the finer print
All this could have been solvable
If I just read the part
That told me I'm unlovable

yeah, thats how i feel, please comment, they're appreciated, gimme some reading material tho, it gets boring hearing the same thing over and over again *cough* gabby *cough*

    Very nice. Sad, but expected. You speak the truth and your comparison with the warning lables, completly true. Just wishing there was a way a broken heart could be repaired before the damage starts. Amazing poem. 5/5

    Ur not unlovable!!!!!!!!ur the worlds best briend any1 can ever have!!!!!! many many people love u! just not the way u wiould like, but at least u have love! someday u'll find the right girl that can love u as much as u love her but no1 knows wen that'll be, just keep looking! just as ur looking don't 4get about the people that already love u!!! even the most horrible person in the world can be loved!!

    i like your happier poems better. a lot better. because i like you as a happy person (i am not saying for you to fake it) but you deserve to be happy....

    there is a typo, but nbd....

    smile. you still have lips that can do that. and don't ever go numb on me, it scares me...
