I won't quit

by June   Mar 17, 2008

I won't quit my job ,
no matter what those 2 kids throw at me.
Yes there are times I wanted to ,
but strong is what I have to be.

They may not want to be in school ,
fact is not many kids do.
They run around looking for ways to escape ,
running after them they want me to.

Try to keep them in class is what I have to do ,
its not easy because they just don't want to know.
The littlest one can really put up a fight ,
and I have the the scratch marks to show.

Theres just no telling what goes on in their little minds ,
to make them behave the way they do.
All I know is that I am not giving up ,
no matter what they put me through.

As i have told you, they are so lucky to have someone like you to care for them. it takes someone special to work with these kids, and i see that in you!!
