Once upon a time, there was a girl
She met a boy one perfect day
Soon afterwards, he became her entire world

Although she knew she was in love
One day all of her hopes came crashing down
Faster than a beautiful broken winged dove

Everything she had went spinning around
as the boy she once loved so dearly
began making as much sense as a startled clown

One minute he knew that he loved her
but the next, his mind always changed
he was soon unaware that his love was for sure

At that one point, there was simply no cure
