Believe In Yourself

She looks in to the mirror
What she sees upsets her
She wonders why she has been created like this
So different then the rest of the world

She sees a pathetic person looking back at her
Too sensitive, too in love with being in love
She sees someone that falls for the wrong people all the time
Then breaks down like the idiot she is

She thinks about why she falls for the wrong guy every time
She falls for for the guy she knows she'll never have
She lets down her guard and her heart breaks to pieces
And she cries herself to sleep looking for a reason she's always heartbroken

And every time she comes up with the same conclusion
She thinks she is too messed up compared to the rest of the world
She lives life looking for someone to hold her
And every time she thinks she's found him her heart is broken yet again

Every time her heart breaks she wishes for death
Rather then living with the pain of her broken heart
She doesn't believe in herself
She puts herself down and doesn't trust anyone

One day i wish she can see that she's a great person
That she's just like everyone else
That people will break her heart
But with or without love the most important thing to do is believe in herself

She looks in the mirror
She's happy With whats looking back at her
She understands why now she's been created like this
So different yet very special in her own way
