She does not sleep

Do not remember standing at her grave and crying

For she is not there

She does not sleep

Instead she is in all your fond memories

Of hikes and biking and long nights

She is in the man you are today

The caring, sensitive, honest, loving man you are

She is the strength when you need to get through tough times

She is the laughter when you are enjoying life

She is your smile and the sparkle in your eye when you remember her

She is your heart as you make others friends through life

She is in your sons as you try to raise them up right

She is the courage to make your marriage strong for she knew your love was neverending

Life is not over for you but it begins anew

With new courage and strength from her earthly passing

You will move forward to care and share again, but no one will replace
