Memoirs of A Sinner

by The Joker   Mar 24, 2008

You used to turn the night into day
filling the streets with angels alike
choirs of liars sing through the day
all for the sinner
that bought them back

Can you feel it sinner
the drugs in your veins
turning you heart into a stone
you used to be a hero
but now your a zero

Everyone looks so different
when I'm playing dead with you
they look so two faced
the hurtful words mixed in with the smiles
Can you feel it
the blackness covering their eyes

You used to be a superhero to me sinner
but now your a zero
the drugs clouding your mind
can you feel it
can you see it
you'll be dead in a year or two

I won't be shocked when I'll see your coffin
floating in a crowd of sinners
your family will point their fingers at me
"your a sinner now,your a sinner now"
they will laugh

Can you tell me where the gun is
so I can blow out my brains
oh sinner I need you now

Can you tell me where the drugs are
sinner,I need them to cope
oh sinner please tell me
I need a escape
oh sinner, tell me where are the drugs
