Would they get it if they saw it?......

This life is a mess
and what can i do
they have messed it up
but they don't have a clue

how do they do it
yet how can they not see
maybe i should show them
what it does to me

should i show them each cut
each tear that i have cried
each poem that I've written
about how i wish I'd died

they still wont get it
cause they are far to blind
we have parted to much
now I'm left behind

if they could open their eyes
to the pain that i feel
they will know that these feelings
are the closest to real

i lock myself away
praying that they'll know
that they will understand
why i wish to go

so i hope they get it
before it's to late
maybe they'll stop me
as I'm tempting fate

but they are in denial
and don't get how i role
they cant see past my eyes
let alone in my soul

good bye i whisper
i beg them to see
how each word they said
did this to me...
