Too fast

Its hard to keep my head up,
when the friends that were so close are suddenly gone now.
it all happened so fast..
& i find myself asking the question over & over again,"how..?"

we always said "friends forever!"
that we'd promise to be there till the end.
god, the end came too fast..
it feels like our friendship now will never mend.

everything has changed,
we've all gone our separate ways.
wow, you all left so fast..
nothing has been the same the last year, months & few days.

i miss you girls so much!
and all the memories, jokes and laughs we had.
everything changing too fast.
it hurts me to think about it, it's all just too sad.

[best friends? wtf happened to us? i miss u guys.]

    Excellent poem! I'm sure most of us have felt these feelings.. andyou know what? It never really goes away.. you make new friends and after a while they disappear from you rlife too.. But they all help us grow in some way and I think that is the most imporant part :)

    It sure did come to fast, but the thing i dnt get is how everyone thinks the friendships over friendships last a life time wheather or not were always together i will never forget the memories we all shared once and the reason for that is cuz they still grow inside me as i grow on my own road so theyll never let me forget

    WOW I've been saying the same thing forever I THINK THAT we all take the people around us for granted like they are forever
    We think we can just say what we want
    and let them down and they will always be there. but thats so wrong relateships take
    work to keep it fresh. We always have to
    a friend we would want a friend to be.
    I m always talking about how i miss you
    all together. It breaks my heart that you all
    have pretty much gone your separate ways
    how about a bigggggggg barbecue soon
    everybody together again for one day aleast
