I Miss You When I Can't Hold You

by Faithless Watermelon   Apr 13, 2008

Day,
Night;
Wrong,
Right.

Withered,
Restored;
Adored,
Abhorred.

Violent,
It's Silent;
Reninvent
Malcontent.

When she's here,
I hold her dear.
When she's there,
I fight the taunting tear.

With her in my arms,
Nothing pulls me down.
With her far from my charms,
All that I can do is drown.

Love!
Woe!
Yes!
No!

I miss her so,
Where has she gone?
I want her so,
Why has she gone?

Harmless,
Haunting,
Undaunting,
Gloom Flaunting...

I know she's alright,
Still, I can't help but fight;
Alone I fight for the light,
Until she comes back and makes it right.

I miss you when you're away from me, Alex
I have to fight through it and I feel lonely
I hold on to the memories with a death grip
I want to be with you so badly, unendingly...
