Hopeless in her mind

Worthless and frail
Is what she feels
Her world is blank and always pale.

Useless and blind
to the world out side her
Thoughts of death run through her mind.

Loveless and hateful
who will change these feelings?
can she ever feel love yet also feel greatful?

Alive but dead
is what runs inside her
Her days are always spent crying in bed.

shame and lies
are the things that will surely kill her
peoples trust in her will slowly die.

Theres a young girl inside me who feels all this pain.

    Oh, wow, julia..this is definitely not "just another sad poem"....especially knowing what you went through to get here, to these words. and it's just....mind blowing, really...
