Life street

by Heba   May 4, 2008

I was standing and a lot of people around me
Suddenly, they were gone
And I just became alone
In that street
Where the weather was windy and I was so bleak
I saw a strange man stood in the middle of the street
He wore black clothes from toe to feet
He told me: I am the one who you should meet
Because I am the fate
I am the one who people escape
Like I am a frightening ape
Because I am so mysterious
And people are so curious
But that makes me furious
Because when they meet me, I shall be obvious

At the end of the street
There stood who made me feel creep
He told me I am the one who you should meet
Because I am death
I am the one who could kill your breathe
I am the one who could drag you down to that grave
It is the place where you can be my slave
One day, I shall be waiting for you
At that day I can kidnap you
To my deep dark cave
Then, he left me and just flew
Away from me, leaving me trying to recognize whether that was
False or it was true

All that happened
In that narrow street
That called Life street!

Well, the poem is so deep and true...I'm always attracted to stuff that is about DEATH...and I liked that u symbolized it through that man that is mysterious bcoz no body can know when or where they die but everybody should wait fr it bcoz it is certainly coming..
    Great job,keep it up100/5
