Inside My Head

It's like theres another girl
Inside my head
She wants out so badly
But still I beg

Please stop tormenting me
Let me live my life
But she still wants out
So this causes strife

I know she's the real me
I'm not ready to show
I just need more time
It's not healthy I know

Maybe someday I'll let her
Come out to play
But until that time comes
I'll keep stuffing her away

    Love the poem. It was a bit on the short side but honestly it was perfect. Short and to the point. Hard to explain but it was something nice to read.
