Alone

The world is dark,
You've lost your light.
Now you're alone,
Left alone to fight.

You must fight the dark,
And fight the fear.
You must fight depression,
Fight the sad voices you hear.

Alone through this damn life.
You have no family or friends.
And after a little while,
you just want it to end.

But you know it won't,
Deep down, you know it can't.
You left on your own,
It was your choice and you ran.

You didn't want to burden them,
You didn't want them to hurt.
But thats what you were doing,
You leaned, and they got hurt/

So now you're in the dark, alone.
