As I lay in my bed
Alas, for I am dead
Do not worry, for my life was a lie
All the way through, I was just barely getting by

Now do not worry about this empty corpse
For your worrying would only make it worse
As my corpse lays here I can see
you can make it, you'll get over me

I never did much for you anyway
So it's not a large loss for you now as I lay
So as I lay here, as I'm dead
Don't worry about me, rotting in this bed
