Little fairy don't you cry

by lost soul   May 22, 2008

Little fairy don't be scared, be strong and please don't cry.
Your fears are safe with me my love, so smile, don't be shy.

Little fairy hold my hand, for now you are secure.
Mummy knows your sorrow, and she knows it has a cure.

Little fairy close your eyes, and get some decent rest.
A little dose of dreaming does us all the very best.

But little fairy's mummy was a voice inside her head.
Little fairy lay by herself inside her stone cold bed.

Little fairy rubbed her eyes. She knew she'd never hear,
The soft voice of her mother, washing away her fear.
