As time has gone and yet to come
I've realised something true
I wouldnt be in the world today if it wasnt because of you

You gave me life and help me grow
And showed me along the way
And yet again its because of you that I am still here today

I've made mistakes and done things wrong
But you've help me stand my ground
You picked me up and help me see when no one was around

I owe you so much and given you so little
It was you that gave me life
And you stuck by me every single day through all the pain and strife

And its because of you I want to point out
All of the work you've done
The best mother anyone could have, I am proud to be your son
