More About Walls

by ALEX   Jun 1, 2008

Picture frames know better
than to question what's inside.
Yet my body and my mind
can't even find true compromise.

There's this wall, built up so tall,
so high it can't be climbed.
The bricks are red, build by what was said,
a wall to keep love behind.

I'm so afraid, and I won't let myself,
as much as I may like-
To fall for him as dare I should,
my heart can't win this fight.

First let me say that before submitting your work proof read it. "Hight" should be "height" or "high", "fafraid" should be "afraid".
Second stanza the metre is off, try to work line three. I would drop "even", "built",change third line second stanzato something like "red bricks formed by words said", drop "and" and drop "To".
As always this is an opinion. I did like your idea here and think it could be worked into a nice write.
