Where I stand....

He tells me he loves her more than air.

I don't tell him that hurts me, that it's not fair

He says she's the only girl for him

That shouldn't hurt me i knew my chances were quite slim.

He says that because she doesn't feel the same life is to morose to be real

Well at least he knows how I always feel...

I listen to every word he says about her, and let go of my hope that was bound to falter.

He says I'm his best friend , all that he's got

I smile because despite it all.... to know that does help somewhat.

I still do fall apart when he says he loves her.

Because I love him.. but that doesn't seem to matter.

His words are the bullets, he holds the gun

Maybe I'll just always be the broken one.....
