The First And The Last

by Giovanni   Jun 17, 2008

Oh, how it must feel...
To know not what true love truly is...
One must never learn, must never cope, with being alone.
The mind and spirit intertwine us with such a rare odyssey
Never do we grasp that holy light, the light that is pure...
No, we only watch it like a man watching his dreams sail across the calm blue ocean...
Never risking his life, not minutes nor seconds, to reach for it...
The dreams turn to desire, like a razor to the wrist...
The blood resembling the many tears they have cried..
And the blood does not stop pouring the same way their tears do not stop spreading...
Burning like their desire, aching to be done of all pain and suffernment...
Only He can save us yet we do not have faith...
What is a life without He who gave it to us...
He weeps every second...
He is our Father...
How it must feel to be a Father watching Your children lose hope or have none for You when You were the one that gave life to us...
Yet they know not that you can easily take from us what you gave...
Father, I will never know how you feel, nor will anyone else for you have clearly suffered the most...
Why do we deliberately refuse the hand that constantly tries to raise us from damnation...
Only when it is too late will we weep for salvation...
And Jesus will look and say that there is no salvation left...
You shall either reap gifts of God or reap destruction...
The choice is ours...
He has clearly chosen us before we have chosen him...
A plant cannot grow without water or soil, or sunlight if at that...
We cannot pretend to believe that we shall enter His Kingdom without giving up sins and sharing with him but a little of the faith that we have...
There is so much someone can do for us until it is too late...
He shall come like a theif in the night and take us up into the sky...
He is unpredictable and his judgment, his day, shall be of fury and destruction...
He is our father...
The Alpha and the Omega...
The First And The Last...
