All You Need is Love

by StandStill   Jun 25, 2008

Silent tears upon her face,
Misting rain plays in ringlet curls.
Frowns blankly mix with grey.
A sad story for a lovely girl.

----------------------------------------

He lives on a corner, a block away from school,
Pain is what life's now thrown his way.
And yet, you see no frown on his handsome lips;
Only a lively smile that flickers and plays.

-----------------------------------------

Same girl as before,
Poor thing, she's in pain and doesn't understand.
Silently, she cries every night.
She feels so small compared to her God so grand.

----------------------------------------

That boy, he was never considered a fortunate one,
And yet every day he thanks God for what he has.
One true fried, her smile lovely,
And he loves her first and last.

-------------------------------------------

The girl's greatest gift in her life:
A quiet boy she met at school.
She loves him most, above all the rest.
To her, he is the brightest jewel.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Both kids try to smile every day,
though they know life isn't always grand.
They know that they can survive off of love
As they walk hand in hand.
**Thank you Beatles for the title. lol**
