Crushed dreams,
Broken hearts.
Thats what I go through.

My once so called stable life has now turned grey.
I used to think that everything will go as planned.
But I was completely wrong.

I thought I would finish all my education,
But I was wrong. You had to mess things up,
So we couldn't pay for the tuition so I had to stop.

I thought I would be off to college now,
But I was wrong, I'm stuck at home dreading it,
Because you can't pay for me to leave.

You won't let me leave even if I could.
I could just walk out the door,
But there's a lock on it.

My dreams, my hopes and my heart were crushed.
Things never went as planned.
I guess I'm just dumb.
